Issue Notes: By the time of the publication of the Who's Who Update '88, Booster Gold had lost his own title and appeared regularly only in the pages of the Justice League International. As a result, Booster's biographical inclusion in the second issue of the Update '88 was primarily as a member of the Justice League.
