Page 2, panel 1
Guy Gardner's New York Bar, Warriors, has been turned into a makeshift infirmary for the heroes injured in the fight to prevent panic on Earth in the wake of the destruction of the Earth's sun. Heroes pictured are Blue Beetle II, Booster Gold (with built-in Skeets), Ferro, Guy Gardner (as Warrior), Inferno, Martian Manhunter, Mary Marvel, Spark, and Wildcat I. Also present but off-panel is Tiger-Man II. This is Booster Gold's first on-panel meeting with Ferro, and his only appearance in this story.
Boosterrific Review: This series continues to tell great (if somewhat depressing) stories as the citizens of Earth do their best to deal with an inevitable doom. It is fitting that Booster Gold, hero of Madison Avenue, plays such a small part in the issue, as his role as celebrity shill could do little to console the world population in its doomed, darkest hours.
Boosterrific Rating: Worth Its Weight In Gold.
